Adolescent Group Psychotherapy
- The group is for adolescent males and females from ages 13-18 years old (still in high school).
- The group is an ongoing adolescent psychotherapy group that focuses on promoting mental health by addressing mood issues, self-esteem, assertiveness and communication, healthy boundaries, social struggles, decision making, and positive coping skills.
Young Adult Group Psychotherapy
- The group is for males and females ages 18-25 years old.
- The group is an ongoing psychotherapy group that focuses on promoting mental health by addressing mood issues, self-esteem, communication, healthy boundaries, social struggles, goal setting/future plans, and positive coping skills.
Pregnancy & Postpartum Psychotherapy Group
- The group is for adult females 18 years old and older.
- This is a new group intended to promote healthy adjustment by offering a safe place to process all the new emotions (positive and negative) that come with pregnancy and postpartum. It also offers women a chance to make a connection with others going through similar life changes.
Important information about group therapy:
- An initial intake must be completed prior to joining a group.
- It is strongly recommended that each group member have their own individual therapist.
- The group fee can be self-pay or billed to an insurance plan.
