Meet Lisa: Your Expert Guide to Holistic Healing

Greetings!

Welcome to a space where your well-being is the top priority. I am Lisa, a highly experienced Licensed Psychologist and Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, committed to providing comprehensive assessment and therapy services to individuals, families, couples, and groups. With over 30 years of clinical expertise, I am honored to be your ally on the path to self-discovery and healing.

Navigating a wealth of clinical settings, including outpatient mental health clinics and private schools, and overseeing school-linked mental health therapists, has shaped my comprehensive understanding of diverse therapeutic needs.

Key Highlights of My Practice:

  • Focused Expertise: My specialized focus includes addressing challenges related to anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, social dynamics, behavioral issues, and attention difficulties in adolescents and adults.
  • Educational Advocacy: With a 20-year history of collaborating closely with schools, I am adept at supporting parents and coordinating care to advocate for academic accommodations when necessary.
  • Diagnostic Precision: My commitment to diagnostic accuracy is reflected in thorough assessments, including school-based observations, with additional training in the DC:03 early childhood diagnostic assessment.

Therapeutic Approach:

  • Holistic and Mindful: Grounded in cognitive-behavioral techniques with a mindfulness focus, my approach aims for holistic healing.
  • Creative Therapy Modalities: Recognizing the unique needs of younger clients, I incorporate creative techniques to ensure age-appropriate interventions.
